PRESENT: Mayor Savage, Councilman Hudgins, Councilman Garrison, Councilwoman Cook,
Councilman Wolfe, and Councilman Moody were present. Councilman Helms was absent.

Councilwoman Cook provided the invocation.

There were no speakers for public comment.

Employee of the Quarter Recognition
Town Manager Davy Broom presented the Employee of the Quarter award to Brandon
Warren.

New Business Item #1
Public Hearing and First Reading: An ordinance to adopt the budget for the Town of
Fort Mill, South Carolina for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2022 and ending
September 30, 2023

Mayor Savage opened the public hearing. No speakers were present. Mayor Savage
closed the public hearing.
Councilman Moody made a MOTION to approve first reading. SECONDED by
Councilman Wolfe. Passed 5-1 with Councilwoman Cook opposed.
New Business Item #2
Public Hearing and First Reading: An ordinance to raise revenue by setting the tax
millage for the Town of Fort Mill, South Carolina for the tax year ending December 31,
2022, and for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023
Mayor Savage opened the public hearing. No speakers were present. Mayor Savage
closed the public hearing.
Councilwoman Cook made a MOTION to approve first reading. SECONDED by
Councilman Garrison. Passed 6-0.
ADJOURN
Councilwoman Cook made a MOTION to adjourn. SECONDED by Councilman
Moody. Passed 6-0.
Being no more business to conduct, the meeting adjourned at 6:58 p.m.
