Tuesday November 28, 2023

Town Hall Administrative Conference Room

PRESENT: Mayor Savage, Councilman Helms, Councilman Wolfe, Councilman Moody,
Councilman Garrison, and Councilwoman Cook were present at 5:00 PM. Councilman Hudgins
arrived at 6:05 PM. Councilman Moody left at 6:17 PM.
CALL TO ORDER
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Councilman Helms made a MOTION to go into executive session. SECONDED by
Councilman Garrison. Passed 6-0 (Hudgins Absent).
Executive Session Item #1
Discussion of contractual matters relating to the purchase of real property
Councilwoman Cook made a MOTION to come out of executive session.
SECONDED by Councilman Helms. Passed 6-0 (Moody Absent).
Mayor Savage noted for the record that no vote was taken in executive session.
ADJOURN
Councilman Wolfe made a MOTION to adjourn. SECONDED by
Councilman Garrison. Passed 6-0 (Moody Absent). There being no further
business, the meeting adjourned at 6:44 PM.
