Fort Mill Town Council Workshop Minutes Monday February 10, 2025 6:00 P.M. Council Chambers 112 Confederate Street Fort Mill, SC 29715 PRESENT: Mayor Savage, Councilman Helms, Councilwoman Cook, Councilman Wolfe and Councilman Hudgins were present. Councilman Garrison and Councilman Moody were absent. CALL TO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE INVOCATION EXECUTIVE SESSION Please Note: Council may take action on Executive Session Items listed on the agenda when they come back into Public Session. Executive Session Item #1 Discussions incident to proposed contractual arrangements Councilwoman Cook made a MOTION to go into Executive Session. SECONDED by Councilman Helms. Passed 5-0. Councilman Hudgins made a MOTION to come out of Executive Session. SECONDED by Councilman Wolfe. Passed 5-0. Mayor Savage stated that no votes were taken during Executive Session. NEW BUSINESS New Business Item #1 An ordinance approving Budget Amendment 25-5 – Eric Davis Councilman Hudgins made a MOTON to approve an ordinance approving Budget Amendment 25-5. SECONDED by Councilman Helms. Passed 5-0. No motions were made. ADJOURN Councilman Wolfe made a MOTION to adjourn. SECONDED by Councilman Helms. Passed 5-0.
