INVOCATION CALLTO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL MEMBERS: OTHERS: Mayor, George Jacob Thomas Town Clerk, Carrie Schaper Council Member, Kathryn Terry Town Attorney, Michael Pope Council Member, Monica Merricks Council Member, Bill Koon ITEM 1- ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, CHANGES, AND APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Motion made by Council member Koon to approve agenda with the below changes and 5econded by Council member Merricks. Motion passed unanimously. Deleted: Item S -Town Council Vacant Seat Voting procedure resolution — will be put on next agenda. Added: Item 6- Sewage updates monthly reports. Item 7-Main Street update. Item S Additional Town Council meeting. — ITEM 2— APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Motion made by Council member Merricks to table March 3, 2025 minutes until next meeting and until previous Council member Rivera’s resignation is included. Motion seconded by Mayor Thomas and approved unanimously. ITEM 3- PUBLIC COMMENTS None. ITEM 4- NEW BUSINESS 1. Youth leadership week Proclamation — Read by Mayor Thomas. 2. Horton Dr. & Stillman Ave Maintenance Maps Motion made by Council member Koon to — approve Maintenance Map and seconded by Mayor Thomas. Motion passed unanimously. 3. Wireless Coverage in the Town of Fort White Motion made by Council member Merricks to - approve marketing agreement and seconded by Council member Koon. Motion passed unanimously. 4. Ingram Signalization Inc. No motion Council members agreed to wait for contract from — - Ingram Signalization to be sent, then they will vote. 5. Town Council Vaont Seat Voting procedure r&oludon 6. Sewage update — no motion made. 7. Mainstreet update — no motion made. 8. Additional Town Council meeting — Council agreed to have another Town Council meeting on Thursday, May 1, 2025. 9. Profit and loss statements—Town Council agreed to initially have itemized profit and loss, then a summary profit and loss. ITEM 5—CITIZEN COMMENTS ITEM 6— COUNCIL MEMBER COMMENTS Town Council agreed to allow Town Clerk/Assistant Town Clerk to make general “news” updates on Town website with the Mayor’s assistance. ITEM 7-ADJOURNMENT Motion to adjourn made Council member Koon, seconded by Council member Merricks. Motion passed unanimously. Minutes of the Town Council meeting may be obtained from the Town Clerks office. The minutes are recorded, but not transcribed verbatim. Persons requiring a verbatim transcript may make arrangements with the Town Clerk to duplicate the recordings or arrange to have a court reporter present at the meeting. The cost of duplication and/or court reporter will be borne by the requesting party. In accordance with Sect. 286.0105 Florida Statutes. notice is given that if a person wishes to appeal a decision made by the Town Council with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
