ITEM 2 – APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Town of Fort White Town Council Special Mee ng of March 3, 2025. – Mo on to approve 3/3/25 minutes by Council member Terry, seconded by Council member Koon – Passed unanimously. Town of Fort White Town Council Mee ng of March 17, 2025. ‐ Mo on to approve 3/17/25 minutes by Council member Terry, seconded by Council member Koon – Passed Unanimously. ITEM 3 ‐ PUBLIC COMMENTS None ITEM 4 ‐ NEW BUSINESS 1. Straight from the Heart request to use Community Center for twice monthly food giveaways. – Mo on to approve use of Community Center 1st & 3rd Wednesday of every month no charge star ng 5/7/25 by Council member Merricks, seconded by Council Member Koon – passed unanimously. 2. Town Council appointment procedure resolu on. – Mo on to approve resolu on by Mayor Thomas, seconded by Council Member Koon – passed unanimously. 3. Town Council appointment of vacant district 2 Council seat – Mo on to accept appointment of Lonnie Wayne Harrell as District 2 Council member by Council member Koon, seconded by Council member Merricks – Passed unanimously. 4. Sidewalk interlocal agreement with Columbia County for design of sidewalk on Skye Ave. and Jordan St. – Mo on to approve design for Skye Ave & Jordan St. Interlocal Agreements with Columbia County by Council member Koon, seconded by Council member Merricks – Passed unanimously. 5. Sidewalk interlocal agreement with Columbia County for grant reimbursement for project management for Plymouth Ave. – Mo on to approve Plymouth Ave grant reimbursement project by Council Member Merricks, seconded by council member Koon – Passed Unanimously. ITEM 5 – CITIZEN COMMENTS NONE ITEM 6 – COUNCIL MEMBER COMMENTS Gun Range complaints with Chris an Haas – We will check lease to be sure states sunup to sundown. Playground equipment update requested by Council member Terry Budget requested by Council member Terry – all agreed to start at 5/15/25 Town Council Mee ng. ITEM 7 – ADJOURNMENT Mo on to adjourn by Council member Koon, seconded by council member Merricks – Passed unanimously.
