Regular Meeting Minutes of the Fountain City Common Council Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 6:00 PM The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM by Mayor Ben Adank. Roll call: Christine Williamson, Barb Schmidtknecht, Peter Schaffner, Stephen Qualy, Scott Feraro, and David Endres, present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Motion Chris, second Peter to approve the minutes from Wednesday, June 11, 2025. Motion carried. Motion Peter, second Stephen to approve Burning Ordinance #35B. Motion carried. Motion Peter, second Chris to approve the Operator’s License for Scott Feraro. Motion carried, Scott abstained. Motion Chris, second Barb to approve the Operator’s License for Jeffery Mastin, Joe Rasmussen and Heather Zastrow. Motion carried. Motion Barb, second Stephen to approve the Assignment & Release of the Lease Agreement for 174 N Shore Dr from Chipat, LLC to Dragonfly Fields, LLC. Motion carried. Motion Barb, second Peter to approve Property Maintenance Ordinance #71. Motion carried. Motion Peter, second Chris to approve payment of the bills as presented. Motion carried.
