Sco Feraro, Chris Williamson Others present: Michele Klein, Travis Williamson, Judith Ganger, Mike Adank, the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Ci zen comments. No public comments received. Mo on Chris, second Sco to approve the minutes of the January 8, 2026, Planning Zoning Economic Development mee ng. Mo on carried and the minutes were approved. Mo on Sco second Chris to forward a recommenda on to the council to approve the Re- Zoning Pe on check list. Mo on carried. Items discussed: Engine Breaking ordinance. In progress. Engine breaking would require a vehicle to have a mu e installed and working properly to be used in City limits. Develop a yer to help with building permits. Will convert le er to a yer. 4-Hour parking areas. Asked Urben Development group to look at. I would like to get an outside nonbiased perspec ve. Trailer parking on City Streets. Need to develop and add to the parking ordinance. New check list / building permit request form. At legal for review and nial dra . Rental Ordinance. Commi ee will dra a resolu on to recommend to council a 1-year freeze on rentals / B&Bs in Fountain City. This will give the city me to gather informa on and develop an ordinance for long-term development goals. Removing barriers in zoning ordinance #8 that restrict Economic Development. Improving commi ee communica on between council members and the public. Future mee ng items: Zoning map review. Sidewalk enforcement. What is expected?
