The mee ng was called to order at 4:00 pm by Peter Scha ner. Roll call: Peter Scha ner. Sco
Feraro, Chris Williamson Others present: Travis Williamson, Je Puterbaugh, the Pledge of
Allegiance was recited.
Ci zen comments. A posable ordinance on limi ng the number of rentals / B&B allowed in
town. Mee ng mes. More advanced no ce of mee ngs.
Mo on Chris, second Sco to approve the minutes of the November 20,2025 PZED mee ng.
Mo on carried and the minutes were approved.
Mo on Chris second Sco to forward a recommenda on to the council to publish a Preliminary
Resolu on to Vacate a Por on of Spring Street and Truman Street. Mo on carried.
Future mee ng items:
Engine Breaking ordinance.
Develop a yer to help with building permits.
4-Hour parking areas.
Trailer parking on City Streets.
Check list for reques ng a zoning change.
New check list / building permit request form.
Motion Chris, second Scott to adjourn, Motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 4:58 pm.
