Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 4:00 PM by Peter Schaffner.

Citizen Comments
There were no citizen comments.
Approval of Minutes
A motion was made by Chris, seconded by Scott, to approve the minutes of the July 7, 2025 meeting. Motion
carried and the minutes were approved.
New Business
A motion was made by Scott, seconded by Chris, to forward a recommendation to the City Council to allow
Parcel #226-00377-0000 and Parcel #226-00378-0000 to be combined.
Motion carried.
Reports
Scott Feraro provided a report regarding an Engine Braking Ordinance.
Building permit requirements were reviewed and will be brought back for discussion at a future meeting.
Adjournment
A motion to adjourn was made by Chris, seconded by Scott.
Motion carried, and the meeting was adjourned at 4:57 PM.
