POLICE/PERSONNEL & HEALTH/SAFETY COMMITTEE MEETING November 18, 2025 - 4:00 pm Minutes prepared by: Barb Schmidtknecht The meeting was called to order at 4:00 pm by Barb Schmidtknecht. Roll call: David Endres, Peter Schaffner and Barb Schmidtknecht present. Others present: Mayor Ben Adank. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Motion Peter, second David to approve the minutes of the November 11, 2025 meeting. Motion carried and minutes were approved. Mayor Adank presented a new law enforcement services contract for consideration. The committee agreed to continue with reduced services not to exceed $20,000 for 2026. This will include limited patrol hours and processing of city ordinance violations. This item will be forwarded to full council for consideration. Motion Peter second Barb to adjourn. Motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 4:23 pm.
