Roll call: David Endres, Barb Schmidtknecht, Peter Scha ner. Others present: Mayor Ben Adank. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Mo on Barb, second David to approve the minutes of the June 3, 2025 mee ng. Mo on carried and minutes were approved. Mo on Peter, second Barb to forward a recommenda on to council to raise garbage bag fees from $3.50 to $4.00 dollars. Mo on carried unanimously. Wastewater treatment plant, study complete UV treatment will not work in mes o high water we will need to use more chemicals. Will need to prove out during the next high-water event. The DNR is aware and no further ac on is required now. Planned public works projects for 2025. 17 projects, 7 complete, remainder are in progress or need to be completed later in the year. Good news, all came in at or under budget. Road ra ng coming dew and will a ect long term planning. Recycling center hours. Need more informa on. Recycling center is becoming a large money drain. We need to look at and consider alterna ves. Possible portable / removable speed bumps. Look into price and legal issues. Mo on David, second Bard to adjourn, mee ng adjourned at 6:20.
