Roll call: Peter Scha ner Barb Schmidtknecht, David Endres. Others present: Mayor Ben Adank, Gill Adams arrived at 5:25. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Mo on Barb, second David to approve the minutes of the July 21, 2025 mee ng. Mo on carried and the minutes were approved. Considera on for portable speed bumps was con nued. Further informa on is needed. Public works projects review. Ques ons as to when Hill Street will by completed. Other projects are on schedule or completed. 2026 project planning con nues with the following list to date: Road work Chip Seal Wagner Road Main Street Dain Repairs Purchase new tractor with side arm mower Portable Speed bumps/ tables Purchase new F550 New well Replace water meter at well Generator at li sta on/ well Sport court (basketball court at park) Mo on Barb, second David to forward a recommenda on to council to approve the facility grant change order #2 at a cost of $11,127.00. Change order adds an A/C unit to the exis ng furnace in the basement of the old sec on of the Auditorium. Mo on carried Peter abstained. Mo on Barb, second David to forward a recommenda on to council to approve the City enter a contract with Cintas to provide uniforms to the Public Works sta . Cost is $53.46 per week.
