Roll call: Peter Scha ner Barb Schmidtknecht, Absent David Endres. Others present: Mayor Ben Adank, Gill Adams. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Mo on Barb, second Peter to approve the minutes of the July 21, 2025, mee ng. Mo on carried and the minutes were approved. Considera on for portable speed bumps. Will add a budget line for possible purchase. 2026 project planning con nues with the following list to date: Road work Chip Seal Wagner Road, add to budget. Main Street Dain Repairs, get es mate. Purchase new F550, add to budget. New well, we will meet with Davy Engineering for more informa on. Replace water meter as well, add to budget. Generator at li sta on/ well, gather more informa on. Sport court (basketball court at park), work with park and rec commi ee Repair water runs o on main street from artesian well near Cat Tails. Gil will meet with homeowner. Sand Hauling fees, gather informa on do we need an ordinance or can this be done with a resolu on. Should we charge a per truck hauling fee or fee per amount of sand hauled. Discussion about abandoning Truman Street and Jus n Hill Street. Will bring to council to see if there is support. Mo on Peter, second Barb to send a recommenda on to council to approve buying a 2023 6120M Tractor with side arm mower from Tractor Central in Arcadia for $173,600. Mo on carried.
