1. Call to Order: 7:00 PM

3. FY23 Town Administrator Operating Budget Hearing Continued

i. Norfolk County Agricultural School - $66,660
1. Overview – Enrollment is approximately 560 students (16 students currently from
Franklin). Current year had approximately 450 applications with approximately
155 accepted. Franklin is billed an in-county tuition based on enrollment
(approximately $4,000 per student).
ii. Tri-County Regional Vocational School District - $2,775,000
1. Will know next June what the project size and budget is for a new school
(expecting roughly $280M).
iii. Franklin Public School District - $71,252,779
1. School Committee approved budget was $73,591,000 which is higher than what
is being presented. Outlined areas of possible reductions that would need to
happen for FY24 to close the gap.
