250th Anniversary Celebration Branding and Communication Subcommittee DRAFT Minutes December 16, 2025 5:30 PM The meeting was held virtually via Google Meets Members present: Robert Brown, Julie Cornoni, Ali Rheaume, Jayson Joyce, and Alan Earls ? 1. ANNOUNCEMENTS FROM THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE 1. Rob Provided a Brief Review from the meeting with the Town Attorney regarding subcommittees and other aspects of the law. 2. NEW BUSINESS 1. Julie shared a draft branding and communication budget including logo and website design, website hosting and domain, email sending services, printing and design of a fundraising brochure, and potential funding of a children’s book – all to be funded by the FY26 $50K Earmark. Minor adjustments were made to the numbers proposed for Jayson to share with the Finance SubCommittee. 2. Jayson also mentioned the utility of having a formal project management software system available to help manage the entire F250 effort. After some discussion it was agreed that this should also be funded. 3. Above material was also discussed in terms of presentation for full committee meeting on 12/18 3. ADJOURN Adjournment was at 6:30
