The meeting recessed until 4 p.m. 4:00 p.m. Going in time: 4:12 p.m. The Electoral Board met at 4 p.m. Upon a motion made by Chair Rodriguez and seconded by Vice Chair Markel and passed by a vote of the Electoral Board went into session pursuant to Section 2.2-3711 (A)(1) of the Code of Virginia for consideration of interviews of prospective candidates for employment. Upon a motion made by Chair Rodriguez and seconded by Vice Chair Markel and passed By vote of the Electoral Board, the Electoral Board reopened session.
