Going in time: 4:12 p.m. The Electoral Board met at 4 p.m. Upon a motion made by Chair Rodriguez and seconded by Vice Chair Markel and passed by a vote of the Electoral Board went into session pursuant to Section 2.2-3711 (A)(1) of the Code of Virginia for consideration of interviews of prospective candidates for employment. Upon a motion made by Chair Rodriguez and seconded by Vice Chair Markel and passed by vote of the Electoral Board, the Electoral Board reopened session. Coming out time: 8:30 p.m. Upon a motion made by Chair Rodriguez and seconded by Secretary Braman and passed upon affirmative call vote in open session it was that (1) only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meeting requirement: only such public business matters as were identified in the motion by which the closed was convened were heard, discussed or considered in the closed session. Secretary Braman made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9 p.m. Seconded by Vice Chair Markel and passed by the Board.
