1. Meeting called to order with Open Meeting announcement.
Meeting was called to order at 8:00 am with the reading of the open meeting announcement
2. Roll call.
Board Members Present: Eric Johnson, Ron Vlach, Robert Steenblock, Mike McGillick
Committee Chair Johnson announced there was not a quorum, and the meeting was
adjourned.

3. Approval of the July 18, 2014 meeting minutes.
4. Approval of the August 7th, 2014 special meeting minutes.
5. Review of the 2014 Airport Capital Improvement Program
6. Terminal Master Plan project update and discussion.
7. Pattern change updates for 14/32.
8. Adjournment.
Agenda posted at the Municipal Building and distributed to the Mayor and Board Members on August 13, 2014. The official
current copy is available at City Hall, 400 East Military, City Planning Department Office. The Board reserves the right to go
into Executive Session when necessary. A copy of the Open Meeting Law is posted at the Airport terminal building for review
by the public. The Board reserves the right to adjust the order of items on this agenda.
