AIRPORT ADVISORY COMMITTEE October 17, 2014 8:15 A.M. Fremont Municipal Airport Terminal Building 1203 West 23rd Street, Fremont, Nebraska 1. Meeting called to order with Open Meeting announcement. Meeting began at 8:20 2. Roll call. Board Members Present: Dave Monke, Robert Steenblock, Eric Johnson, Bill Dugan, Cecilia Harry, Mikael McGillick, Ron Vlach Guests: Scott Getzschman, Jim Kjeldgaard, David Goedeken, Ken Cox, Vic Rader 3. Approval of the September 19, 2014 meeting minutes. Moved by Cecilia Harry, Approved by Dave Monke to approve September 19, 2014 Minutes, Motion passed by vote of members. 4. Terminal Master Plan project update and discussion. Committee discussed progress of ADG and City Staff regarding the City Council Presentation of the Airport Terminal Study. Item is on the October 28th City Council Agenda for presentation to the City Council. All members of the Board are encouraged to attend. 5. Pattern change updates for 14/32 No progress to report, Eric Johnson was going to contact the FAA for a status update. 6. Misc. maintenance issues. Misc. maintenance items were discussed as reported by Jim Kjeldgaard, Aprons need to be sweep near the FBO maintenance bldg., Inlets west of west hangars need attention as the pavement is raveling out around the edges. Goedeken stated he would pass the information on to the Street Department for their attention. 7. Adjournment. Motion by Robert Steenblock, Seconded by Ron Vlach to Adjourn, motion passed by vote of members, meeting was adjourned at 9:00.
