AIRPORT ADVISORY COMMITTEE Meeting Minutes: May 20th, 2022 1. Meeting called to order with Open Meeting announcement. Meeting was called to order at 8:15 A.M. Open Meeting Act is posted on the wall of the Airport Terminal, the Act Poster was pointed out to those in attendance. 2. Roll call. Board Members: Present: Bill Dugan, Dave Monke, Mike McGillick, Tom Randall, Eric Johnson, Alison Adams, Jeff Peterson Guests: David Goedeken, Jim Kjeldgaard, Greg Kjeldgaard, Jody Sander, Steve Landholm, Tammy McKeighan, Ron Vlach, Joey Spellerberg, Mark Jensen, Ken Cox 3. Approval of the April 15th, 2022 meeting minutes. Motion by Dave Monke, and seconded by Alison Adams, to approve the April 15th, 2022 minutes with amendments, motion passed by vote of members, (all voting yes on role call vote) 4. Update on Terminal Projects. a. Staff reported that the Terminal Project is in the final punchlist phase of construction. The City building inspections department has been doing final inspections and making punch lists. Staff met with the contractor at the site to go over exterior issues needing to be completed. 5. Discuss upcoming Fly-in Breakfasts a. Staff passed out fliers for upcoming Fly-in breakfasts scheduled for Nebraska airports 6. Discussion of Maintenance Items. a. Discussed misc. hangar issues in regards to roof leaks and issues with runway lights. Suggestion was made to have the board members forward a list of maintenance items to the staff prior to the meeting so staff can better respond to the issues as agenda items. 7. Adjournment. Motion by Dave Monke and seconded by Alison Adams, to adjourn, motion passed by vote of members, (all voting yes on role call vote) Meeting was adjourned at 9:00 A.M..
