AIRPORT ADVISORY COMMITTEE Meeting Minutes: June 16th, 2023 1. Meeting called to order with Open Meetings Act announcement. Meeting was called to order at 8:19 A.M. Open Meeting Act is posted on the wall of the Airport Terminal, the Act Poster was pointed out to those in attendance. 2. Roll call. Board Members Present: Bill Dugan Sr., Kirk Diers, Michael McGillick, Dave Mitchell, Alison Adams, Levi Entz, and Jeff Peterson. 3. Approval of the May 19th, 2023 meeting minutes Motion by Bill Dugan Sr. and seconded by Alison Adams to approve. Motion passed by vote of members: Bill Dugan Sr., Alison Adams, Kirk Diers, Michael McGillick, Dave Mitchell, Levi Entz, and Jeff Peterson. 4. Update on Terminal Warranty work a. Completed walkthrough this week with representative from Ronco. 5. Update on Runway Rehab Project a. Will know in a month if we are officially awarded the grant money. FAA will notify and once awarded we can move forward. 6. Action Items to Discuss - None a. Rotten fence posts are needing replaced. 7. Discussion on Maintenance Items a. Waiting for update on apron lighting and outlets -With adding lighting to the apron, we need to also add cameras. b. Update on lawn/sprinklers  c. Hangar walk-thru and repair list. -Completed walk-thru and list has been made. Will set priorities on maintenance list for repairs. -Suggestion to grease pins on overhead doors. -Can apply for state FAA grant for hangar repairs. d. Weed spraying will take place and then crack sealing. e. Cari Hoffart will be completing notam training. 8. Adjournment Motion by Kirk Diers and seconded by Bill Dugan Sr. to adjourn.
