A copy of the Open Meeting Law is available for review by the public. The Board reserves the right to adjust the order of items on this agenda.  Downtown Improvement District Meeting Minutes November 15th, 2016, 12:00, Grace Church Present: Bob Missel, Glen Ellis, Tom Coday, Howard Krasne, Rob George, Richard Register, Absent: Kevin Main Others Present: Jerry Johnson, Brian Newton, Vince O'Connor, Shannon Mullen, Roxie Kracl Meeting was called to order and it was noted that it was an open public meeting with a copy of the open public meeting law available in the room. Motion was made to approve the minutes of the September 20th, 2016 meeting by Rob George and seconded by Richard Register. Motion carried. Motion was made by Richard Register and seconded by Rob George to approve the payment to Clark Boschult for the writing of the legal description for the “DC-Downtown Commercial” zoning in the amount of $180.00. Motion carried. Jerry Johnson suggested that the DID board follow the City's recommendations on the “DC-Downtown Commercial” zoning when it comes to additions or deletions of property to the DC zone. There was a unanimous agreement by the board that this was the correct approach to zoning changes. Brian Newton suggested that the DID should meet in December and send notice to the City Council that the DID should dissolve. Being that there was no other business meeting was adjourned. Business Improvement District Meeting Minutes November 15th, 2016, 12:00, Grace Church Present: Bob Missel, Glen Ellis, Tom Coday, Roxie Kracl, Jerry Johnson, Vince O'Connor, Howard Krasne, Richard Register Absent: Bill Parks, Kevin Main, Gary Pebley Others Present: Brian Newton, Rob George, Shannon Mullen Meeting was called to order and it was noted that it was an open public meeting with a copy of the open public meeting law available in the room. Motion was made to approve the minutes of the September 20th meeting by Vince O'Connor and seconded by Richard Register. Motion carried. Vince O'Connor stated thank you to Bob Missel for his leadership and dedication to the BID board through the process of forming the BID. Brian Newton presented a letter to the board which will be mailed to the property owners in the DC-Downtown Commercial zone. The letter will allow the property owners to submit a request for exemption to the tax for residential property. Being that there was no other business the meeting was adjourned.
