The Board reserves the right to go into Executive Session when necessary. A copy of the Open Meeting Law is available for review by the public. The Board reserves the right to adjust the order of items on this agenda.  Downtown Improvement District Meeting Minutes December 13th, 2016, 12:00, Grace Church Present: Bob Missel, Glen Ellis, Tom Coday, Howard Krasne, Rob George, Richard Register, Absent: Kevin Main Others Present: Jerry Johnson, Brian Newton, Gary Pebley, Roxie Kracl Meeting was called to order and it was noted that it was an open public meeting with a copy of the open public meeting law available in the room. Motion was made to approve the minutes of the November 15th, 2016 meeting by Rob George and seconded by Howard Krasne. Motion carried. Motion was made by Howard Krasne and seconded by Rob George to recommend the City Council to dissolve the Downtown Improvement District as of 1-1-17 and to roll the remaining funds into the Business Improvement District Account. Motion carried. Jerry Johnson made a motion and Rob George seconded to send an information letter out to the BID and DID Business and property owners to inform them of the changes and the dates of the billing cycle for the DID and BID taxes. Rob George agreed to pay the postage and Bob Missel will work with the City and Shannon Mullen to secure the contact information of both the BID and DID. Richard Register agreed to draft the letter. Being that there was no other business meeting was adjourned. Business Improvement District Meeting Minutes December 13th, 2016, 12:00, Grace Church Present: Bob Missel, Glen Ellis, Tom Coday, Roxie Kracl, Jerry Johnson, Gary Pebley, Howard Krasne, Richard Register Absent: Bill Parks, Kevin Main, Vince O'Connor Others Present: Brian Newton, Rob George, Meeting was called to order and it was noted that it was an open public meeting with a copy of the open public meeting law available in the room. Motion was made to approve the minutes of the November 15th meeting by Roxie Kracl and seconded by Glen Ellis. Motion carried. Brian Newton reported the Board of Equalization will not meet this week after the City Council meeting due to the installation of new Council Members. The Board of Equalization will meet again in two weeks to make judgments relating to the variances requested on housing as it applies to the new ordinance. A motion was made by Gary Pebley and seconded by Howard Krasne to elect the nominated slate of officers which are Bob Missel Chairman, Glen Ellis as Vice-Chairman and Tom Coday as Secretary.
