Meeting called to order and announcement of Open Meeting Law 2. Approval of minutes of the 12/13/16 BID meeting (we did not have a quorum at our January meeting therefore there are no minutes) 3. Comments or discussion from the public 4. Consideration and possible recommendation to Fremont City Council regarding exemptions to the Business Improvement District #1 as it applies to owner occupied residential and tenant occupied residential properties. 5.
