The Board reserves the right to adjust the order of items on this agenda.  Business​ ​Improvement​ ​District​ ​Meeting​ ​Minutes September​ ​19,​ ​2017,​ ​12:00​ ​pm Grace​ ​Church Present:​ ​Bob​ ​Missel,​ ​Glen​ ​Ellis,​ ​Gary​ ​Pebley,​ ​Vince​ ​O’Connor,​ ​Jerry​ ​Johnson,​ ​Kevin​ ​Main Absent:​ ​Tom​ ​Coday,​ ​Howard​ ​Krasne,​ ​Bill​ ​Parks Others​ ​Present:​ ​Nancy​ ​Ellis,​ ​Colin​ ​Larson Meeting​ ​was​ ​called​ ​to​ ​order​ ​at​ ​12:03​ ​pm​ ​ ​and​ ​it​ ​was​ ​noted​ ​that​ ​it​ ​was​ ​an​ ​open​ ​meeting​ ​with​ ​a​ ​copy​ ​of​ ​the​ ​open meeting​ ​law​ ​available​ ​in​ ​the​ ​room. Motion​ ​was​ ​made​ ​to​ ​approve​ ​the​ ​minutes​ ​of​ ​August​ ​15th,​ ​2017​ ​meeting​ ​by​ ​Vince​ ​O’Connor​ ​and​ ​seconded​ ​by Kevin​ ​Main..​ ​ ​Motion​ ​carried. A​ ​welcome​ ​was​ ​given​ ​to​ ​Colin​ ​Larson​ ​for​ ​attending.​ ​ ​Colin​ ​is​ ​a​ ​reporter​ ​for​ ​the​ ​Fremont​ ​Tribune No​ ​public​ ​comments. Reports​ ​from​ ​various​ ​subcommittees: Marketing​ ​- Vince​ ​O’Connor​ ​discussed​ ​advertisement​ ​opportunities.​ ​ ​Presented​ ​2007​ ​video Maintenance​ ​- Bob​ ​Missel​ ​presented​ ​a​ ​slide​ ​show​ ​on​ ​the​ ​state​ ​of​ ​our​ ​parking​ ​lots​ ​and​ ​monuments Future​ ​- Glen​ ​Ellis​ ​gave​ ​an​ ​overview​ ​of​ ​the​ ​Barman​ ​Development​ ​Strategies​ ​report,​ ​due​ ​back​ ​to​ ​MSF​ ​in​ ​Nov. Christmas​ ​Decorations​ ​- Vince​ ​gave​ ​limited​ ​report​ ​on​ ​Christmas​ ​decorations​ ​progress Being​ ​that​ ​there​ ​was​ ​no​ ​other​ ​business​ ​the​ ​meeting​ ​was​ ​adjourned.
