Keene Memorial Library Board Meeting Keene Memorial Library 1030 N. Broad St., Fremont NE 3:30 P.M. June 17, 2019 1. At 3:35 Chair Jirsak noted no quorum and the meeting was not called to order. 2. Roll call was taken with Board Members Jirsak and Underwood present and Board Members Dahl, Kment and Ostdiek all absent. The next regular board meeting will be July 15, 2019.
