The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7 - Arias, Caprioglio, Soria, Karbassi, Chavez, Bredefeld and Esparza Closed Session Upon call, there was no public comment. City Council recessed into Closed Session at 9:17 A.M. and returned from Closed Session at 10:35 A.M. There was no announcements after Closed Session and the above item was discussed.
