Schedule Meeting(s) to Conduct a Public Employee Discipline Appeal Hearing [Pursuant to Fresno Municipal Code Section 3-284] The Board scheduled a hearing date of Monday, February 1, 2016, and Tuesday, February 2, 2016, if needed, beginning at 9:00am. B. Schedule Meeting(s) to Conduct a Public Employee Discipline Appeal Hearing [Pursuant to Fresno Municipal Code Section 3-284] The Board scheduled a hearing date of Monday, February 16, 2016, beginning at 9:00am. 3. Unscheduled Public Communications Chair McDonald asked about the status of the vacant Board position. Jeff Cardell, Director of Personnel Services, responded that he has no new information at this time. 4.
