The meeting was called to order at 12:58pm.

2. New Business
A. Schedule/Confirm Meetings to Conduct a Public Employee
Discipline Appeal Hearing [Pursuant to Fresno Municipal Code
Section 3-284]
Jackie Larkin, Acting Secretary Designee, said the Appellant's
representative, Heather Phillips, Goyette & Associates, was unable to attend
the meeting but said she could be available any time in June or July, and
was requesting a two day hearing. Ms. Griffin, Assistant City Attorney, said
the City would prefer July. The Board then scheduled hearing dates of
Wednesday, July 6, and Thursday, July 7, 2016, beginning at 9:00am.
3. Unscheduled Public Communications
None.
4. Adjournment
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was
adjourned at 1:01pm.

3. Unscheduled Public Communications
Members of the public may address the Civil Service Board regarding items that are
not listed on the Agenda and within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board. Each
person is limited to a three (3) minute presentation. Board action on unscheduled
items, if any, shall be limited to referring the item to staff for a report and possible
scheduling on a future Civil Service Board agenda.
