Roll Call Present 4 - Chairperson Michael McDonald, Vice Chair Jack Tracy, Board Member Lynda Snauffer, and Board Member Al Smith Board Council, Dan McCloskey was present and represented the Board. Acting Secretary Designees, Karnell Grijalva and Stephanie Martinez were also present. The Board convened into closed session at 9:02am. 2. Hearing on Appeal A. Closed Session - Continued Public Discipline/Dismissal/Release [Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954] Appointing Authority Deputy Chief, Robert Nevarez, was present and represented by Attorneys at Law, Joseph Rubin and Paul Coleman. The Appellant was present and representative, Attorney at Law, Roger Wilson. Witnesses were sequestered and the reading of the Order was waived by the parties. Witness testimony was heard and breaks were taken as needed. Exhibits of evidence were presented during testimony. Hearing on Appeal will be continued May 18, 2017.
