Roll Call Present 3 - Board Member Lynda Snauffer, Board Member Dean Eller, and Chair Michael McDonald Excused 2 - Vice Chair Jack Tracy, and Board Member Elba Gomez Board Counsel, Dan McCloskey, was present and represented the Board. Also present was Acting Secretary Designee, Karnell Grijalva, Finance Administrative Manager, Yvonne Dedmore and Personnel Services Department Director, Jeffrey Cardell. At 9:01am the Board convened into Closed Session. 2. Old Business A. Closed Session - Continued Public Discipline/Dismissal/Release [Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957] On motion of Board Member Snauffer, seconded by Board Member Eller, that the above Action Item be Approved and Returned Signed. Attorney at Law, Heather Phillips, was present on behalf of the Appellant. At 9:05am the Board reconvened into Open Session and the decisions of the Board were announced in accordance with the Brown Act. 3. Unscheduled Public Communications None 4.
