APPROVAL OF MINUTES ID 24-93 January 8, 2024 APPROVED Aye: 3 - Chairperson McDonald, Vice Chair Tracy and Board Member Cregar HEARING ON APPEAL ID 24-43 Closed Session - Government Code Section 54957 Public Employee Discipline/Dismissal/Release [Pursuant to Fresno Municipal Code Section 3-287] At 9:06 A.M. the Board Convened into Closed Session and the Hearing on the Appeal began. Present on behalf of Appointing Authority was Attorney at Law, Joseph Ruben, Attorney at Law, Mandy Jeffcoach, Forensic Paralegal, Paul Coleman and Assistant City Attorney, Erica Camarena. Present on behalf of the Appellant was Attorney at Law, David Garcia, Attorney at Law, Gary Goyette and the Appellant. Witnesses were sequestered and the reading of the Order was waived by the parties. Exhibits of evidence were presented during testimony. At 4:18 P.M. the first day of the hearing was concluded. The hearing was scheduled to continue on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at 9:00 A.M.
