Cregar Board Counsel, James McCann; Acting Secretary Designee, Brooke Anderson; Assistant Director of Personnel, Jennifer Misner; Director of Personnel, Sumeet Malhi; Deputy City Attorney III, Jennifer DeRuosi; Deputy City Attorney II, Mao Lee; Deputy City Attorney II, Virginia Madrid-Salazar and Assistant City Attorney, Erica Camarena were also present. CONTINUED BUSINESS At 9:03 A.M. the Board convened into Closed Session. ID 24-43 Closed Session - Government Code Section 54957 Public Employee Discipline/Dismissal/Release [Pursuant to Fresno Municipal Code Section 3-287] Present of behalf of Appointing Authority was Attorney at Law, Joseph Ruben, Attorney at Law, Mandy Jeffcoach, Forensic Paralegal, Paul Coleman and Assistant City Attorney, Erica Camarena. Present on behalf of the Appellant was Attorney at Law, David Garcia, Attorney at Law, Gary Goyette and the Appellant. Witnesses were sequestered and the reading of the order was waived by the parties. Exhibits of evidence were presented during testimony and was filed and moved into the record. At 3:47 P.M. following summaries and closing remarks from the parties, the Board convened into Executive Session to deliberate the matter. At 4:36 P.M. the Board reconvened into Closed Session and voted on the charges as read by James McCann, Board Counsel.
