CALL TO ORDER
Chair Doug Mousel called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m. All members
present will be voting members due to absence of regular members.

Phillip Climer reviewed the attendance policy as stated in the City Charter.
5. Board discussion with City Staff concerning any actions required by City Staff as
a result of any item on tonight's agenda.
No actions are required.
6. Possibly direct City Staff to schedule topic(s) for discussion at a future meeting.
Phillip Climer stated that work continues to finalize the Rules of
Procedure for the board.
Election of the chair and vice chair (tabled at the March 27, 2019
meeting) will be put on the August agenda.
