CITIZEN INPUT No Citizen Input was taken due to the meeting being held in Closed Session. Page 1 of 3 CLOSED SESSION 1 Recess into Closed Session in compliance with §551.001, et. seq., Texas Government Code, to wit: Council Member Tim Nelson moved to enter recess at 4:08 p.m. Deputy Mayor Pro-Tem Bill Woodard seconded the motion. Passed Vote: 5 – 0 For: Council Member Shona Huffman, Council Member Will Sowell, Deputy Mayor Pro-Tem Bill Woodard, Council Member Tim Nelson, Council Member Brian Livingston Against: (None) A. Section 551.087. Deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the City has received from a business prospect and to deliberate the offer or other incentives to a business prospect. B. Section 551.074. Deliberation regarding the employment, evaluation, reassignment, and duties of the FEDC President. 2 Reconvene into Regular Session and take any action necessary as a result of the Closed Session. Deputy Mayor Pro-Tem Bill Woodard moved to reconvene into Regular Session at 5:10 p.m. Council Member Shona Huffman seconded the motion. Passed Vote: 5 – 0 For: Council Member Shona Huffman, Council Member Will Sowell, Deputy Mayor Pro-Tem Bill Woodard, Council Member Tim Nelson, Council Member Brian Livingston Against: (None) As a result of Closed Session there was no action to take. ADJOURN Council Member Shona Huffman moved to adjourn at 5:11 p.m. Deputy Mayor Pro-Tem Bill Woodard seconded the motion.
