CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Jeff Cheney called the meeting to order at 4:32 p.m. with a full quorum
present.

1. Presentation and discussion regarding food trucks.

Building Official Phillip Climer gave a presentation (Exhibit A) regarding the
operation of food trucks in the City of Frisco. Mr. Climer discussed the details of
both permanent and temporary uses of food trucks. Council expressed the
desire to become more food truck friendly and to incorporate permits into the
proposed Ordinance which would allow for multiple trips to various locations
within the City. Council also requested Staff research area food truck parks for
ease of use and enjoyability. The presentation concluded with a projected
timeline for completion of an Ordinance regulating food trucks in the City, and
Director of Development Services John Lettelleir indicated this proposed
Ordinance would come before Council again in the first or second quarter of
2021.

Council Member Bill Woodard moved to adjourn at 4:55 p.m. Mayor Pro-Tem
Will Sowell seconded the motion.

bulletin board, at the George A. Purefoy Municipal Center of the City of Frisco, Texas, a place convenient
and readily accessible to the general public at all times, and said Notice was posted on the following date

Pursuant to City of Frisco Ordinance Number 19-10-86, each member of the public wishing to address the City Council shall be
entitled to speak for up to five (5) minutes, unless ten (10) or more members of the public are present to speak on a single agenda
item, in which case the City Council may by majority vote reduce the allotted time from five (5) minutes to three (3) minutes per
speaker to ensure that as many people as possible have an opportunity to speak, subject to the requirements of other law.
