FRISCO, TEXAS 75034 6:30 PM TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2020 MINUTES CALL TO ORDER Chair Rob Cox called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. 1. Commissioner David Box moved to approve the minutes of the regular Planning & Zoning Commission meeting on October 27, 2020. Commissioner Ed Kelly seconded the motion. Passed Vote: 6 - 0 For: Commissioner Steve Cone, Commissioner Brittany Colberg, Commissioner Bryan Morgan, Commissioner Ed Kelly, Commissioner David Box, Commissioner Jon Kendall Against: (None) CONSENT AGENDA Commissioner Steve Cone pulled Consent Agenda item #5. Commissioner Bryan Morgan moved to approve Consent Agenda item #’s 3,4 and 6. Commissioner Ed Kelly seconded the motion. Passed Vote: 6 - 0 For: Commissioner Steve Cone, Commissioner Brittany Colberg, Commissioner Bryan Morgan, Commissioner Ed Kelly, Commissioner David Box, Commissioner Jon Kendall Against: (None) Commissioner David Box moved to approve Item #5. Commissioner Brittany Colberg seconded the motion. Public Hearing - Specific Use Permit: Gateway Church Addition, Block A, Lot 1 (SUP20-0015) Commissioner Ed Kelly moved to open the public hearing. Commissioner Bryan Morgan seconded the motion. Passed Vote: 6 - 0 For: Commissioner Steve Cone, Commissioner Brittany Colberg, Commissioner Bryan Morgan, Commissioner Ed Kelly, Commissioner David Box, Commissioner Jon Kendall Against: (None) Commissioner Brittany Colberg moved to close the public hearing. Commissioner Steve Cone seconded the motion. Commissioner David Box seconded the motion. Results of the November 2, 2020 City Council meeting. Anthony Satarino updated the Commission on the results of the November 2, 2020 City Council Meeting. 9. Schedule of future discussion items. Director John Lettelleir mentioned to the Commission about focusing on retail parking ratio only at this time.
