Public Hearing - Zoning Ordinance Amendment: Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance to establish and modify certain development review processes and timelines, and to make further necessary revisions, in response to new legislation passed by the Texas Legislature during the most recent legislative session, including House Bill 3167. Page 1 of 3  Commissioner Bryan Morgan moved to open the public hearing. Commissioner Brittany Colberg seconded the motion. Passed Vote: 5 - 0 For: Commissioner Brittany Colberg, Commissioner David Box, Commissioner Jon Kendall, Commissioner Steve Cone, Commissioner Bryan Morgan (Absent – Commissioner Ed Kelly) Against: (None) Commissioner Jon Kendall moved to close the public hearing. Commissioner Steve Cone seconded the motion.
