i. BACKGROUND: Fruit Heights City has supported the Pageant for a
number of years with a $500.00 donation and the in-kind use of the City
Hall for pageant meetings and practices.

d. Motion to Approve or Deny Request to support Bountiful Davis Arts Festival,
Summer Fest 18
i. BACKGROUND: The Bountiful Davis Arts Council hosts a Summer
Fest each year. The City has supported the Arts Council with a donation,
the past 2 years the City has contributed $500.00 for the festival.

10. ELECTRONIC MEETING:
By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, Elected Officials and City Staff can participate in
regularly scheduled meetings via electronic media when approved by the Mayor.
11. CLOSED MEETING:
By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah Code, the City
Council may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes identified in that chapter.
12. ADJOURNMENT
The Next City Council Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 15, 2018.
