Discussion Regarding the Haights Creek Irrigation Agreement between Fruit Heights City and Haights Creek Irrigation i. BACKGROUND: Discussion regarding the lease agreement between Haights Creek and Fruit Heights City. Haights Creek has a need to make improvements but needs some direction from the City on the agreement. ii. d. Discuss, Review, Approve, Deny Davis County Sheriffs Agreement for police Services i. ii. BACKGROUND: The City contracts with Davis County Sheriff for Police and Paramedic services. This contract will extend service out to June 30, 2019. iii. e. Motion to Approve or Deny FY 2018-2019 Tentative Budget i. BACKGROUND: The FY 2018-2019 Budget has been prepared and reviewed by the City Council in previous work meetings. City Manager recommenders that the City Council approve the FY 2018-2019 Tentative Budget INFORMATION ITEMS/UPCOMING EVENTS  Mother of the Year & Unsung Hero Nominations  Citizens Academy: June 5, 2018, 6:00 pm  City Council Meetings o May 15, 2018 (Adopt tentative budget) o June 5, 2018 o June 19, 2018 (Adopt FY 2018-2019 Budget)  Planning Commission Meetings o May 22, 2108 o June 26, 2018 9. ELECTRONIC MEETING: By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, Elected Officials and City Staff can participate in regularly scheduled meetings via electronic media when approved by the Mayor. 10. CLOSED MEETING: By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah Code, the City Council may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes identified in that chapter. 1.
