Budget Discussion and Request to Purchas New Office Computers and Server 5.2. Budget Discussion and Request to Purchas Digital Speed Signs 5.3. Haights Creek Lease Agreement (Brandon Green) 5.4. Discussion on Nicholls Park Master Plan Design (Brandon Green) CITY COUNCIL BOARD LIAISON REPORTS – This time is set aside for Council members to report on the responsibilities they oversee as liaisons to the City Council and goals they would like to achieve by the next Council Meeting.  Julia Busche – Bike Trail and Youth City Council  Brandon Halliday – Planning Commission  Diane Anderson – Cemetery and Parks Committee  Gary Anderson – Citizen Corps  Jeanne Groberg –LPC  John Pohlman – Wasatch Integrated Waste Board, COG and WFRC AGENDA REVIEW – The City Council will review items on the Agenda for City Council Meeting this evening. 7:30 P.M. POLICY SESSION – CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS CITY BUSINESS: 6. CONSENT AGENDA: (These items are considered by the City Council to be routine. If discussion is desired on any particular item, it may be removed from the consent agenda and considered separately.) 7. ACTION ITEM APPROVAL – These items need action from Mayor and City Council 7.1. Approve/Deny: Request to purchase Server and Desktop workstations in preparation for software upgrade (Brandon Green) BACKGROUND: The City needs to upgrade the accounting software system due to changes in Tax and Payroll reporting. These changes will affect the 2018 Tax reporting year. The recommendation is to approve the request to update the accounting software from Clarity to Connect. 8. INFORMATION ITEMS/UPCOMING EVENTS:  2018 Midterm Elections, November 6, 2018 (No City Council Meeting Scheduled)  Veterans Day, November 12, 2018 (City Office Closed)  Thanksgiving, November 22 & 23, 2018 (City Office Closed) 9. CITY STAFF REPORTS - This time is set aside to update the City Council on City Projects that City Staff is working on. These projects include Public Works Projects and Administrative Projects.  Public Works  City Engineer  City Planner  City Manager 10. CITY COUNCIL/MAYOR’S ITEMS – Time has been set aside for the City Council and Mayor to make comments. 11. ELECTRONIC MEETING: By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, Elected Officials and City Staff can participate in regularly scheduled meetings via electronic media when approved by the Mayor. 12. CLOSED MEETING: By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah Code, the City Council may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes identified in that chapter. 13.
