Council Women Julia Busche, Recognition of Carol Stewart 6. CITY INFORMATION ITEMS: 6.1. Discuss & Approve Hidden Hollow Estates First Amendment (Jeff Oyler) 7. INFORMATION ITEMS/UPCOMING EVENTS: 8. CITY STAFF REPORTS - This time is set aside to update the City Council on City Projects that City Staff is working on. These projects include Public Works Projects and Administrative Projects.  Public Works  City Engineer  City Planner  City Manager 9. ELECTRONIC MEETING: By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, Elected Officials and City Staff can participate in regularly scheduled meetings via electronic media when approved by the Mayor. 10. CLOSED MEETING: By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah Code, the City Council may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes identified in that chapter. 11.
