Gahanna-Jefferson Board of Education - Metzbower Metzbower said they will meet this Thursday. Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) - Renner Renner reminded everyone that they still need volunteers for the Blues & Jazz Festival. M. OFFICIAL REPORTS: Mayor Mayor said Music in the Park is about to start; reminder Blues & Jazz Festival; continue to meet with businesses. City Attorney No report. N. COUNCIL COMMENT Angelou said she enjoyed the opening of the story trail; a success. O. EXECUTIVE SESSION A motion was made by Schnetzer, seconded by Leeseberg to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the appointment, dismissal, employment, discipline, promotion, City of Gahanna Page 4 City Council Meeting Minutes June 5, 2017 demotion, or compensation of a public employee or official, or the investigation of charges or complaints against a public employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual, unless the public employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual requests a public hearing. President Larick requested only Council attend the Executive Session. Executive Session will was held in the Law Library. Council rose to Executive Session at 7:14 p.m. Council rose to report from Executive Session at 7:19 p.m. with no action taken.
