Hamilton Road, Gahanna, OH 43230 A. CALL MEETING TO ORDER - Roll Call. Present 4 - Ryan P. Jolley, Brian D. Larick, Jamie Leeseberg, and Stephen A. Renner Absent 3 - Karen J. Angelou, Thomas R. Kneeland, and Michael Schnetzer B. EXECUTIVE SESSION - to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion or compensation of a public employee, official, licensee or regulated individual unless such public employee, official, licensee or regulated individual requests a public hearing. A motion was made by Larick, seconded by Jolley, to go into to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion or compensation of a public employee, official, licensee or regulated individual unless such public employee, official, licensee or regulated individual requests a public hearing. The motion carried by the following vote: * Council Member Angelou arrived at 6:58 p.m. Yes: 4- Jolley, Larick, Leeseberg and Renner Absent: 3- Angelou, Kneeland and Schnetzer President requested that Director of Human Resources Sue Wadley and City Attorney Shane Ewald attend the Executive Session. Council rose to Executive Session at 6:48 p.m. Council rose to report from Executive Session at 7:01 p.m. with no action taken. C.
