Larick, Jamie Leeseberg, Stephen A. Renner, Michael Schnetzer, Nancy R. McGregor, Brian Metzbower, and Karen J. Angelou B. EXECUTIVE SESSION: To go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee or official, or the investigation of charges or complaints against a public employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual, unless the public employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual requests a public hearing. A motion was made by Schnetzer, seconded by Angelou, to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee or official, or the investigation of charges or complaints against a public employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual, unless the public employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual requests a public hearing. President Larick requested two candidates attend the Executive Session held in the Council Conference Room. Council rose to Executive Session at 6:01 p.m. Council recessed at 6:22 p.m. to take action on MR-024-2018 & MR-0025-2018. Council rose to report from Executive Session at 6:57 p.m. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- Larick, Leeseberg, Renner, Schnetzer, McGregor, Metzbower and Angelou City of Gahanna Page 1 City Council - Special Meeting Minutes June 25, 2018 AMEND THE AGENDA - A motion was made by Leeseberg, seconded by Schnetzer, to amend the Agenda to add Motion Resolutions: MR-0024-2018 & MR-0025-2018. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- Larick, Leeseberg, Renner, Schnetzer, McGregor, Metzbower and Angelou MR-0024-2018 MOTION RESOLUTION TO REAPPOINT DAVID ANDREWS TO THE COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AREA HOUSING COUNCIL (CRAHC), AND TO SERVE A THREE YEAR TERM THAT EXTENDS THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2021, TO ALIGN WITH OTHER CITY BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS. A motion was made by Leeseberg, seconded by Schnetzer, to approve the Motion Resolution. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- Larick, Leeseberg, Renner, Schnetzer, McGregor, Metzbower and Angelou MR-0025-2018 MOTION RESOLUTION TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENTS OF ROB ROLL AND MELISSA MARMIE TO FILL AN UNEXPIRED TERM ON THE BOARD OF TAX REVIEW; SAID TERM EXPIRING ON DECEMBER 31, 2020. A motion was made by Schnetzer, seconded by Leeseberg, to approve the Motion Resolution. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- Larick, Leeseberg, Renner, Schnetzer, McGregor, Metzbower and Angelou C.
