CALL MEETING TO ORDER - Roll Call. * Metzbower arrived at 6:33 p.m. Present 6 - Brian D. Larick, Stephen A. Renner, Michael Schnetzer, Nancy R. McGregor, Brian Metzbower, and Karen J. Angelou Absent 1 - Jamie Leeseberg B. EXECUTIVE SESSION - to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(c) of the Council Rules of Procedure to confer with the City Attorney for the public body concerning disputes involving the public body that are the subject of pending or imminent court action. Gahanna City Council met in Special Session on Monday, November 13, 2018, in Council Chambers of City Hall, 200 South Hamilton Road, Gahanna, Ohio. President of Council, Brian D. Larick, called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. Agenda for this meeting was published on November 9, 2018. A motion was made by Angelou, seconded by Schnetzer, to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(c) of the Council Rules of Procedure to confer with the City Attorney for the public body concerning disputes involving the public body that are the subject of pending or imminent court action. President Larick requested Council, the Mayor, Special Counsel & the City Attorney, attend the Executive Session in the Council Conference Room. Council rose to Executive Session at 6:32 p.m. Council rose to report from Executive Session at 7:54 p.m. with no action taken.
