CALL MEETING TO ORDER - Roll Call: Present 6 - Karen J. Angelou, Merisa K. Bowers, Nancy R. McGregor, Kaylee Padova, Stephen A. Renner, and Trenton I. Weaver Absent 1 - Michael Schnetzer B. EXECUTIVE SESSION: A motion was made by Padova, seconded by Weaver, to enter into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(b) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the purchase of property for public purposes, the sale of property at competitive bidding, or the sale or other disposition of unneeded, obsolete, or unfit- for-use property in accordance with section 505.10 of the Revised Code. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 6- Angelou, Bowers, McGregor, Padova, Renner and Weaver Absent: 1- Schnetzer President Renner announced that the Council would meet in the Committee Room for Executive Session with no action to follow. At the Mayor's request, Chief Jeffrey Spence, Finance Director Joann Bury, Director of Administrative Services Miranda Vollmer, Director of Planning Michael Blackford, and Director of Economic Development Nathan Strum were invited to join the Executive Session. Council rose to report to Executive Session at 6:03 p.m. Council rose to report from Executive Session at 7:02 p.m. with no further action.
