CALL TO ORDER: Roll Call Gahanna City Council met in Special Session on Monday, December 4, 2023, in Council Chambers. President of Council Stephen A. Renner called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. The agenda was published on December 1, 2023. Present 7 - Karen J. Angelou, Merisa K. Bowers, Nancy R. McGregor, Kaylee Padova, Stephen A. Renner, Michael Schnetzer, and Trenton I. Weaver B. EXECUTIVE SESSION: A motion was made by Schnetzer, seconded by Weaver, to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee or official. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- Angelou, Bowers, McGregor, Padova, Renner, Schnetzer and Weaver President Renner announced that Council would meet in the Law Library for executive session with no action to follow. Councilmember-elect Jamille Jones was invited to attend the executive session. Council rose to report to executive session at 6:17 p.m. Council rose to report from executive session at 6:57 p.m. with no further action. C.
