CALL TO ORDER: Roll Call Gahanna City Council met in Special Session on Monday, December 11, 2023, in Council Chambers. President of Council Stephen A. Renner called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. The agenda was published on December 8, 2023. Present 7 - Karen J. Angelou, Merisa K. Bowers, Nancy R. McGregor, Kaylee Padova, Stephen A. Renner, Michael Schnetzer, and Trenton I. Weaver B. EXECUTIVE SESSION: A motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Angelou, to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee or official. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- Angelou, Bowers, McGregor, Padova, Renner, Schnetzer and Weaver President Renner announced that Council would meet in the Law Library for executive session with no action to follow. Council rose to report to executive session at 6:01 p.m. President Renner announced the Special Session in recess at 6:55 p.m. President Renner announced the Special Session out of recess at 10:33 p.m. Council rose to report from executive session at 10:33 p.m. with no further action.
