CALL TO ORDER: Roll Call Gahanna City Council met in Special Session on Monday, November 18, 2024, in Council Chambers. President of Council Merisa K. Bowers called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. The agenda was published on November 15, 2024. Present 6 - Kaylee Padova, Stephen A. Renner, Michael Schnetzer, Trenton I. Weaver, Jamille Jones, and Merisa K. Bowers Absent 1 - Nancy R. McGregor B. EXECUTIVE SESSION: A motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Schnetzer, to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the appointment of a public employee or official. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 6- Padova, Renner, Schnetzer, Weaver, Jones and Bowers Absent: 1- McGregor President Bowers announced that Council would meet in Executive Session in the Law Library. William Van Tyle was invited to attend the Executive Session. Council rose to report to Executive Session at 6:33 p.m. Councilmember McGregor arrived at the meeting and joined the Executive Session at 6:44 p.m. City of Gahanna Page 1 City Council - Special Meeting Minutes November 18, 2024 Council rose to report from Executive Session at 7:07 p.m. with no further action.
